The NEW South Carolina State Farmers Market is set to open in April 2010 at its new location on Highway 321 in West Columbia. We will have twice the space and a ton of attractions that will keep you wanting to come back. Until then, we want to keep you busy with some fresh recipes from the locals.
Submit your favorite recipe using fresh fruits and vegetables for a chance to win Holly Herricks's Southern Farmers Market Cookbook. Please submit only original recipes. The winner will be chosen by Holly herself and feature on our Web site, so keep those entries coming!
